In my battle with Harry and David, all was not peachy.

Sergio L. was now on the case — Larry D., was it something I said?

Per your request, we have removed the information from our catalog mailing lists. Catalog labels are printed in advance, and another catalog may be received before mailings cease. Please be assured that your request has been honored, and no new catalogs will be generated for this account.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

Best Wishes,

Now Sergio, I appreciate your concern, and I’m pleased you’ve found closure:

But I still have a couple of questions:

  1. What information of mine has been removed from your mailing list?
  2. Which account — of the many you have for me — will no longer receive catalogs?
  3. Does this mean you’ll no longer practice catalog overkill?
  4. Ditto emotional spyware ?

‘Cause until you stop those, Sergio L., Larry D., Harry and David, all y’all are On My List.
